International move

1. Confirmation of moving mode

International moves can be conducted by sea freight and air freight. Our moving consultant can help you work out a plan that meets your moving requirements in terms of time, budget etc.

2. Free residential survey

We provide free residential survey to help our customers evaluate goods volume as well as introduce all moving details including required documents for customs formalities, transit time, etc. which helps our customers have better understanding about our services.

3. Confirmation of business

After receiving the acceptance of our quotation, our moving coordinator will make arrangements in terms of packing, pickup, booking, ocean freight, customs formalities and delivery services at destination. We also provide pre-move delivery of packing materials for our customers` own preparation.

4. Customs formalities & Payment terms

Our moving coordinator and global partners will collect all required documents to handle customs formalities on our customers` behalf at both origin and destination. The payment is required to be paid in full prior to the departure of shipment.

5. Destination services

If you choose door to door service, our long-term partner will handle full destination services including customs clearance, pickup from port, delivery, unwrapping and basic assembly of furniture.
